Pick up is availble at Jozef Wautersplein 1 Boom after making a appointment.

 

Production time

The making of the pieces can take up to 3 weeks depending on your order and the amount of orders before you.

 

Shipping company

All packages are shipped with B-post. After delivering the package to shipping company, Nabi is no longer responsible of the package. Please contact us if you didn't recive your package so we can help you contact B-post.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All pieces are sent from Belgium. Shipping costs do not include any custom charges / taxes that may occur for international orders. Custom charges / taxes are up to the customer. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. 

 

Non-deliverable or refused parcels

Any parcels that could not be delivered because the given delivery address was incorrect or because it was not picked up at the post office for any reason and is returned to us will get an email. You can choose to resend it or get a store credit. Shipping costs are on the customer and will not be paid back

Please note, if you refuse a shipment from Nabi  for any reason (incl. customs duties / taxes) you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as additional costs of returning your order you will not get store credit.
